A magical, candlelit holiday event with art, music, and activities for the whole family in the heart of the Grantsville Arts & Entertainment District

Limited parking on site. Event parking with free trolley shuttle from Grantsville Town Park on Friday and Saturday – each rider gets a free raffle ticket! No shuttle service on Sunday, open parking.

7PM Town of Grantsville Tree Lighting in Spruce Forest Artisan Village caroling around the tree from Grantsville and Route 40 Elementary School chorus students beginning at 6:45PM. Following the Tree Lighting, all children in the audience are welcome to sing along for another round of carols. Hot cocoa and cookies provided by Commissioner Paul C. Edwards

12PM & 1PM Storytelling with Laura Treacy Bentley at The Gallery Shop Too at Grant’s Mercantile. Each reading session will be followed by a kids craft session with the Grantsville Arts & Entertainment District
Local author Bentley will be reading from her illustrated children’s book “Sir Grace and the Big Blizzard” and afterward, children can create paper snowflakes and decorate cardboard swords to take home.
1PM-4PM Live Nativity with members of Horner Lutheran Church from Stoystown, PA
3PM Casselman River Bridge History with Ranger Brian White, meet near Fernwood Soap for an outdoor walk and talk
